How do I book a ride?
Open the Snap Rides app, enter your destination in the search bar, choose your vehicle type, confirm the fare, and tap Book. A nearby driver will be matched to you instantly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (paid directly to the driver at the end of your trip), MTN Mobile Money, and Airtel Money. The full fare is always shown before you confirm your booking.
How do I become a driver?
Download the Snap Rides driver app and follow the registration steps. You will need a valid government-issued ID and your vehicle's registration documents. Our team will review your application within 48 hours.
What if my driver doesn't arrive?
If your driver hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, you can cancel the trip at no charge and book again. You can also contact us via WhatsApp and we'll look into it right away.
How do I report an issue with my trip?
Email support@snaprides.app with your trip date, time, and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and take all reports seriously.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@snaprides.app with your registered phone number and a request to delete your account. We will process it within 48 hours and confirm by reply.
Can I use Snap Rides outside of Juba?
Snap Rides is currently available in Juba, South Sudan only. We plan to expand to other cities in the future.
